Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7:30 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Englewood is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. Getting around Englewood is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Colorado's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Rick and his team were AMAZING! They installed a new bumper on my vehicle, did an alignment and tire rotation and made some recommendations for things I'd need done in the future to keep my vehicle running safe! They got me in right away, the service was fast and affordable and I couldn't be happier! Thanks, Guys!

I had initially taken my vehicle to get my tires replaced in April of last year they had said I needed front brakes and rotors on my truck. I was originally against it but ofcourse I gave in my truck was already there and tires were off it would be an easy job right? Fast forward to now I am already having problems with the brakes they told me to bring the truck in and they can discuss what they can do. It hasnt even been a year yet and my rotors are warped but the brakes are still practically new with minimal wear on them. So all they would offer is to resurface the rotors that they do it often. There is no warranty on them because "brakes heat up". Never in my time of driving vehicles and maintaining them have I ever needed to get rotors replaced in less than a year! If I knew all they were going to offer was resurfacing I wouldn't have took the time out of my day to go that could of easily been said over phone! I do not recommend this establishment for your vehicle.

I had my day in Court 4/22/26 and I got reimbursed for all their work that they did not do. FRAUD!!!! They charged me for work that was not done. I am taking them to court. The worst experience I have ever add. I have pictures when I picked it up, and other reports from 3 other mechanics. Just because it didn't fail immediately doesn't negate that there was a problem. The oil was over filled, I had to replace the belt that they said they replaced. I had to fill radiator with antifreeze. Dr auto was supposed to fill and check. They never did. Check earlier review from March where I made the same complaint. I have proof, sales rep was there when I picked it up,yet you tell me it was a used car. That's why I got a pre purchase inspection. I had to pay over $4300.00 repairs. I wanted some reimbursement for 50%. I would bear some costs and you would. You failed to inspect the radiator as discussed. You caused me to incur a loss. I never would have purchased it with an exhaust leak!!!
